So – check out all of the options I’ve put together for her.
1.Mario Badescu Facial Spray Trio Travel Edition (R399 on their site) – This festive set offers 3 travel size facial sprays, one of each of their scents. I’ve had one of these minis before and they last ages, are airline approved and just all-round amazing!
2.MAC Starring You Lucky Stars Retro Matte Kit (R420 on Superbalist) – Three liquid matte lipcolours in the most gorgeous, sparkly Christmas makeup bag. One of the best MAC holiday items I’ve seen in ages.
3.Elizabeth Arden Bright Lights Holiday Collection 14 piece set (R1595 from select Foschini Stores) – Most of the big beauty brands make these bumper collections, and this one from Elizabeth Arden has some real goodies in it! A little skincare but mostly makeup, it’s enough to make any beauty-lover swoon.

5.Benefit Girl O’Clock Rock set (R800 on Superbalist) – 12 beautiful minis of Benefit’s most infamous products. Wonderful for someone trying the brand for the first time, just as amazing for an already established fan of the brand.
1.Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit Face Palette in Ghost (R1850 from Muse Beauty) – I know that these Hourglass Ambient palettes are VERY popular (trust me, I’ve long wanted one myself), and Muse are one of the widest-stocked resellers in the country.
2.Lancôme Grandiôse Liner (R360 from Edgars) – I’ve heard nothing but amazing reviews on this unusual eyeliner. Perfect for the gal who loves who winged liner!
3.Miyo 5 Points Eyeshadow palette in Feminine Flame (R165 on Glamore Cosmetics) – Gorgeously pigmented and easy to use for both day and night looks, the colours in this palette are exquisite. Plus, if you use my discount code ‘Sugar&Spice’ you’ll get 15% off!

6.Hean Coconut Modeling Palette (R325 on Glamore Cosmetics) – Gorgeous and pigmented contour kit with 2 shades of bronze/contour powder, and a glowing highlighter shade. You can also use that Glamore Cosmetics discount code on this goodie here (and on anything else on the Glamore site).
7.Lancôme L’Absolu Rouge Lipstick Matte in Isabella (R430 from Edgars) – I actually owned one of these, and it grew legs somehow. It’s one of the most comfortable matte lipstick formulas and a true Christmas red!
8.Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-In-Place Makeup (R625 on Superbalist) – My ultimate holy-grail foundation, if she already uses this, spoiling her with a fresh bottle is a great idea. If she WANTS one, get her matched and then buy her first bottle for her.
9.Charlotte Tilbury Cheek to Chic blush in Pillow Talk (R850 from Muse Beauty) – Charlotte Tilbury is another of those lustworthy international brands that all of us beauty addicts are dying to try. This shade of her infamous blush would make a gorgeous gift.
1.Mario Badescu The Perfect Pairing Facial Spray Lip Balm Duo (R399 on their site) – Mario Badescu are infamous for these facial sprays, and with good reason. This Aloe, Cucumber and Green Tea one is particularly refreshing in summer, when your skin is a little sunkissed! Plus, add a lip balm and you’re good to go, and they’re both full size!
2.Mario Badescu Facial Spray Rosewater Rose LipBalm Duo (R399 on their site) – This is the rose version of the above, and I can assure you, if the balm smells anything like that facial spray then the lady receiving this gift is in for a wonderful treat!
3.Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Florale Multi Use Dry Oil (R445.50 from Absolute Skin) – I have used the original of this decadent dry oil, and the shimmering one, but this floral treat would be an amazing gift for the beauty-loving lady.
4.Soylites Decadence candle (R235 from Faithful To Nature) – Vanilla & Ylang-Ylang, sounds divine right? I adore these Soylites candles, and have already finished up two in another scent. This is so next on my own list!
5.The Body Shop Warm Vanilla Body Butter (R195 in stores or in Clicks) – What would a Christmas Gift Guide be without one of the festive products from TBS? I always go for the sweet, vanillery scents and this smells INSANELY good!
6.Mario Badescu Special Hand Cream (R275 on their site) – I received a sample sachet of this with a previous order, and it is one of the most luxurious hand creams I’ve ever tried. I saved that sachet next to my bed, and squeezed every last drop of it out! Definitely a nice one for the lady who looks after her hands.
7.Skin Creamery Everyday All Over Cream (R355 on Faithful To Nature) – I’ve already powered through a bottle of this divine cream. Not only is it super for both face and body, it smells amazing and feels so luxurious. I would bathe in this if I could!
8.Esse Cocoa Exfoliator (R360 from Faithful To Nature) – One of my all-time favourite exfoliators, this smells like chocolate covered Turkish delight, and leaves skin baby soft!
9.Optiphi Hydra-Derm HA Masque (R738 from Skinmiles) – I love how this mask is SUPER thirst-quenching, the texture is amazing (not greasy, just smooth and light) and a little goes such a long way that the tube will last you a year easy!
10.Mario Badescu Vitamin C Serum (R799 on their site) – Vitamin C serums are a must for us all, as they brighten and retexturise the skin, leaving it smoother and glowing. Throw in this gorgeously packaged offering from Mario Badescu and you’re on track to gorgeous skin.
1.Saint & Summer Lacy sandals (R699 on their site) – Soft, genuine leather straps, trendy square toed fronts and the standard of quality and comfort that the brand supplies means that these will be a HIT under the Christmas tree.
2.Blush satin & lace gown from Woolworths – Since a couple of days ago, since I found this on the Woolworths site, it now seems to have disappeared. Perhaps it’s sold out? I wouldn’t be surprised as it’s gorgeous! You’ll probably still have a chance at finding it in store though!
3.Dear Deer cream satin pillowcases (R200 on their site) – This amazing satin pillowcase brand has been Peta approved and is vegan! I own 3 sets of these beautiful pillowcases, and now cannot sleep without them.

1.Wixworth Gin (R329 from Yuppie Chef) – Not only is the packaging on this gin beautiful, it’s uniquely South African, being infused with Renosterbos, a local flora. We truly do have some insanely good gins here in SA! Also available on Takealot and from Makro stores.
2.Pongracz Rosé Gift Pack (R150 on Bottleshop) – We all love Pongracz, and this gift pack is so beautiful!
3.G.H.MUMM Brut champagne (R599 on Takealot) – The ultimate in luxury, French bubbles. A wonderful gift for any lady who loves her bubbly!
4.Allesverloren Cabernet Sauvignon (R159 on Takealot) – A friend gifted me one of the Allesverloren reds for a birthday a couple of years back and I’m 99% sure it was their Cab Sav. Truly delicious.
5.Blind Tiger Blue Gin (R329 from Takealot) – From one of the brands I’ve had my eye on for a while, this blue version of the original Blind Tiger gin sounds sublime – infused with Elderflower, Blueberry and Dragon Fruit!
6.Phantom Gin(R439 on Yuppie Chef) – Created in Knysna, this gin is infused with natural fulvic trace minerals that cause it’s deep, dark colour. It’s also apparently delicious, and would make some unique cocktails.
So – with all of these ideas, what will you be buying the lady in YOUR life this Christmas?
