This serum has been on my wish list for some time, so when I finished up the night-time serum that I was using, I used the Clicks reward points on my card and put them towards this serum.

I was worried that with sensitive skin, it might be a bit irritating, but I’ve been using this nightly under my regular skincare products, and I’m loving it just as much as I loved the night cream from the range.  My skin is plump and soft and smooth in the morning, and my skin tone is looking much more even.  Fine lines around my mouth and eyes are looking slightly less obvious too (and after only just over a week)!

Toasted Coconut Soy Wax candle from Cotton On

I saw this candle on a girly shopping day a while back,  but have been keeping it in the box so that it doesn’t get dusty.  It smells just like those toasted coconut marshmallows (which are coincidentally my favourite marshmallows), and comes in a pretty marbled grey and white jar, so it was a given that I’d want to add this to my collection of pretty scented candles.  I haven’t started burning it yet, as I’m finishing up one from Yankee Candles first, but I’ll update as to whether it smells just as strong and lovely when it burns.

I know I’m seriously behind on this one, but this was one of those series that I got a bit over after a few seasons, and so I never finished watching it.

I’ve recently started up again and am nearly finished season 5, and I don’t understand why I ever stopped watching it!

Who wouldn’t want to use a product with a name like this?  I’ve seen so much about this brand and it’s serums, and then I came across this on my Instagram feed one day.

It comes in a dark purple glass bottle, and inside is a pink, shimmery serum that apparently smells sweet and heavenly.  It’s oil free, and can be used for a number of things, such as a daily serum, a makeup primer, to revive cream products and to enhance your highlight.

Take a look at the Farsali Instagram page to see some videos of the serum in action.

I’ve been having the most intense craving for mint chip ice cream.  Not just any chocolate and peppermint ice cream – the pale green ice cream with chocolate chips in it.  I think this is partly because it’s one of my favourite ice creams, and partly because it’s exactly what my Palmolive Gourmet Spa Mint Shake shower cream smells like.

CINNAMON EVERYTHING!  I’ve been loving cinnamon flavoured and scented goodies, from sweets, gum and cinnamon sugar pancakes, to this gorgeous little Yankee Candle car air freshener I bought, that is Sparkling Cinnamon scented.

I’ve been watching a lot of YouTube videos from Emily Noel’s channel lately.  She’s lovely, down to earth, and provides such honest reviews on beauty products.  She’s also pint-sized (like me), and has the tallest husband ever, which is so cute!

Have you been loving anything specific lately?

It's been amazing Loren! I'm only a couple of episodes away from finishing now.

I want to eat that damn Yankee Candle every time I burn it haha!

I'm usually a few years behind with series because I like binge watching seasons over weekends, knowing that I'll get to the end and won't have to wait. Especially if there's a mysterious character, and I've heard that Gossip Girl has one of those so I think I should start watching. Thanks for the inspiration 🙂 xx

    Pleasure love!

I somehow always reach a point in a series where I get bored, and then years later I binge watch the entire series in a month and love it hahaha! xxx
