Today’s Top 5 post is all about my favourite Catrice products.

Both Essence and Catrice have some super products available, and at amazing prices too, so if you haven’t given them a try yet, please do!

You can find Catrice products at Dischem or Redsquare.

1. BRONZERS from R69.95

I love every Catrice bronzer that I’ve tried.  These are only two of them!

The Sun Glow Matte Bronzing powder is just a lovely matte bronzer, that I found quite similar to a MAC one I finished up in the last year.  Nicely pigmented and not chalky at all.

The ‘Metallure’ bronzer (the more shimmery one) was party of a limited edition Catrice range, and is a lovely glowy bronzer.  I use this on days when I don’t have time to do bronzer, blusher and highlighter, as I find this works just as well as all three products.

I’ve had both of these bronzers for quiet a while now, and they last for ages!

2. CONCEALERS from R52.95

The Catrice concealers are also some of the best I’ve tried.  I’ve used the Camouflage version in both Cream and Liquid, and I always go back to the Camouflage Cream – it’s just fabulous, as the coverage is high, it lasts for ages, and doesn’t crease at all.

The Re-Touch Light Reflecting Concealer is for highlighting under the eyes as opposed to concealing imperfections.  It does a fab job at brightening up your under eye area, as well as hiding dark circles.

3. PRIMERS from R79.95

The newest addition to the Catrice primer range is this Prime And Fine Beautifying Primer.  This soft rose-coloured primer has a pearly sheen to it, and helps to even out your skin tone with a soft focus effect.  It makes your skin look smooth, radiant and glowy, while making sure your makeup stays put that little bit longer.

4. HIGHLIGHTERS from R89.95

Possibly one of the best drugstore highlighters that I’ve tried, this High Glow Mineral Highlighting Powder has such a great colour pay-off, and it lasts for ages on the skin.  I think this compact will last me forever, as I’ve been using it since it first launched, and it’s barely even dented the domed finish.  Pearly, icy and so so pretty.

Since planning this post, I’ve also purchased the highlighter from the Treasure Trove collection.  It is officially my favourite highlighter EVER! It’s a really soft, golden glow as opposed to an icy cold, and very shimmery sheen.  I just find I keep reaching for it, even on top of this one!  It goes to show that my two favourite highlighters in my collection are BOTH from Catrice.

5. BLUSHER from R69.95

This blusher was from the limited edition ‘Lumination’ collection, and has been one of my favourites for a while.  I’ve been trying to actively NOT use it, because as you can see, it’s almost done.

I also recently bought the new Blush Artist Shading Palette, with three different shades of blusher.  It also works beautifully, although I do find that the blush isn’t as pigmented as this Lumination one.  It’s still lovely to have though, with it’s three blusher shades for only R79.95.

They're all just such awesome products.. I'm sure many people have this taste!

And you can never have too many highlighters.. especially when the Treasure Trove one is limited edition…

  2. Simone Cameron

I only own a brow gel by Catrice. No idea why I don't own more of their products. That concealer sounds good, so I may give that a try.

Had to LOL at you trying not to use your blush. ha ha

    The concealers are fabulous!

I have to tell you – after taking photos for this post, I dropped that blush. It's now a crumbly mess (sob)!
