Preheat oven to 350°F (roughly 175°C)
Brown meat and drain excess fat.
After meat is cooked thoroughly mix in onion soup mix and garlic powder.
If you're using grated cheese, mix in ¾ of bag now (she used sliced cheese so she layered it on top, I used grated cheese mixed in, and in a few steps I placed the extra slices on top).
Place in casserole dish.
Mix together mayonnaise, cream and eggs. Cover the top of the casserole with this mixture.
Top with slices of cheese, or if you're using grated only then the remaining cheese.
Bake for 40min. Serve and enjoy.
