GRAPEFRUIT & ROSEMARY GIN SOUR I recently receiv GRAPEFRUIT & ROSEMARY GIN SOUR I recently received this glorious bottle of gin from one of my favourite gin companies - the @poeticlicenseza The Rarities Grapefruit & Tonka Bean Gin. A sophisticated, citrus-forward gin that is smooth & flavourful, I thought I'd whip up a cocktail worthy of it by going the extra mile. Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice & a simple syrup infused with fresh rosemary. INGREDIENTS:- 50ml @poeticlicenseza The Rarities Grapefruit & Tonka Bean Gin 30ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice 25ml rosemary simple syrup 1/2 an egg white Sliced grapefruit & sprig of rosemary for garnish METHOD:- Light the rosemary & place under your cocktail glass to smoke. Add your gin, grapefruit juice, simple syrup & egg white to a cocktail glass & dry shake (with no ice to create foam). Add ice & shake again (to chill). This is a wonderful autumn cocktail, filled with the rich flavours of delicious @kwvwines Cape Ruby fortified dessert wine, & combined with their Demi-Sec sparkling wine (I have loved & bought their Cuvee Brut a number of times, but this Demi-Sec is fab in this cocktail). You can tailor this cocktail to your taste (more or less Cape Ruby)! INGREDIENTS:- 50ml @leonistaspirit Reposado Black @oneco.sa Craft Juicery Orange Juice with a twist of Blossom 20ml grenadine Ice Maraschino cherries to garnish METHOD:- Add your agave spirit to an ice filled glass & almost fill with orange juice. KIKO VITALS WELLNESS Many of you know I am a huge KIKO VITALS WELLNESS Many of you know I am a huge fan of the @kikovitals products, so here's my unboxing of my most recent monthly delivery! These products have made a HUGE difference in my life, & I take them every single morning religiously. HORMONE BALANCE - I've suffered from endometriosis for many many years, & ended up with a partial hysterectomy last year.
